Arthur is a pop-up inspired by the ingredient-driven cuisine, inviting ambiance and globally-inspired menus of the modern Parisian bistro. Focusing on seasonal, regional sourcing, paired with thoughtful wines, the dinner is both rooted in Utah and informed by the world’s culinary capitals.

We are currently hosting private events and offering culinary services & consulting for select clients.

Co-hosted and operated by Chef Kevin Finch, a Salt Lake City native who has honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens across the globe (Atelier Crenn, Maaemo, Betony, & Ensue by Christopher Kostow of the Meadowood), and Alexa Finch, a marketing strategist with roots in the hospitality industry (ex- Water Witch, The Breslin), Arthur embodies both technique and a casual, unfussy environment that offers some of the city’s best cooking and hospitality.
