Arthur began as a roving pop-up, moving between cities and kitchens—from borrowed dining rooms to tucked-away spaces around the world. What started as a way to cook for friends became something larger: a place built around food, rhythm, and the shared language of a meal.
We are currently hosting private events and offering culinary services & consulting for select clients.
We built Arthur around the kind of meals we love most—unhurried, generous, and rooted in ingredients. Kevin’s cooking draws from years in fine dining, but here it’s looser, guided by instinct and what’s in season. Lex shapes the rhythm of the room the energy, the details, the sense that things are both considered and easy.
Together, we’re building a place that feels familiar, but alive.
